It could be due to eating or drinking hot food. Apply Dologel two to three times a day over it.
Drink a lot of water.

Looks like a burn reaction maybe due to recent consumption of any hot food or liquids. It will heal within a week's time. Until then, for getting releif, you can apply Dologel ointment over it
