Looks like incipient caries/cavity. However, a radiograph can tell the exact amount of decay in the tooth. Filling will be needed but delaying it by a day should not cause much problem

Yes, cavity has been started in that tooth. Earlier you take treatment, less invasive treatment will be required. Simple filling will reoslve your problem.

Ofcourse ,you can go for filling . It is small cavity as seen in pic. One day delay doesnt make difference
