Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have 32 teeth in number, excess saliva is being produced from months, I dont think it would end ever, am I wrong?

Even though I brush my teeth twice still nothing is working.. Actually it's a little bit in crooked up manner.. What should I do?

Hi , got my outer-inner cavities removed from multiple teeth and filling has been done however i am experiencing constant mild sensitivity in those teeth. Is this normal? How long will these last?

Hello Doctor, after eating anything, my one side upper gum feels like its swelled up around teeth or got tight. This happens almost everyday and eventually resolves on its own after few hours. I got NO cavities or calcus/tartar deposit around that section, Don't understand why this happens?

On tapping, there is tooth sensitivity but on pulp tester, even on highest reading there is no response to the stimulus. Does this mean tooth is already dead or what??

I had tooth extraction(R.H.S 2nd Premolar)on 03rd May 2022..doc had prescribed me tab Novamox 500 thrice daily for 5 days...Due to Urodynamic test urologist too had prescribed me an antibiotic tab- zostum 200 twice daily for 5 days..So far I've consumed 10novamox and 10 zostum o tab..Do I need to need to consume the remaining novamox tabs?Also,when can I get an implant?Kindly reply(pic of tooth attached)

There is a white pimple under my tongue from. 2 weeks it does not grow in size ,it get contracted when I wake up in morning.it does not hurt anytime but it is there for 2 week.please look whether it is serious or not
