Tooth and Mouth Problems

Its developed suddenly in my mouth palete..whats is this what to do i quit smoking as well..so has no pain no inflammation nothing quit normal but when i touch with toungue i feel like rubbed surface

My mother has an infection in her mouth because of which she is finding it very difficult to eat. She has an extra wisdom tooth gum due to which the entire area in her mouth became white. The gums have become reddish and whenever she is eating something, all the food is getting accumulated in the hollow of the gums. Please do provide me some solution to this problem.

My baby has teething probem .she has high fever.plz suggest any gum paint or medicine. She is monocef o 50 mg and ibugesic.

Suddenly my tongue has become sensitive to normal spicy food, it's been over 20 days but it's not getting cured. Have not taken any medications till now. I smoke, but in the last few weeks I've restricted to one or 0 per day. After eating spicy food, some white patches appear on the tongue and goes away within minutes, I feel no spice after it. Mouth opening is normal, few white patches in the inner cheeks.
