Slightly slipped jaw one week ago, now pain in the back of the head, neck. Difficult to rotate .to whom should I consult?

Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad I just last years done mine teeth capping in India and recently I went for mine routine check up in here I done my advanced digital exray they check Say everything is good and healthy mostly I do brushing 3 time In a day and do paradontox gum cleaning mouth wash 2 time in a day and do tongue scraper 2 time in a day I'm sharing my exray they said all is OK... and tell me how to maintain a proper hygiene of a mouth

I have a fully impacted wisdom tooth. It is not painful at all... but I feel increased salivation coming from that side. Is it happening because of impacted wisdom tooth ? Should I get it removed ..I am confused because it is not painful at all and also...I have done my tooth filling around so no cavity issue... please help me regarding this confusion ...

I am suffering mouth ulcers ,i quit smoking 1 month ago after that mouth ulcers coming frequently now I am taking vitamin pills and gels healing but coming in some other place in mouth it is a problem or it will take some time to after quitting smoking is common

My dad got a 4 unit dental bridge for upper posterior tooth region 6 to 7 years back..recently it fall off by its own.. it was for one premolar and 3 molars. My question is how to preserve it before visiting to the dentist ? Can it be kept in water ?? And actually the premolar came off with the root..so can it be placed back with the normal cement back with other 3 molars?

Hello Doctor, Today while having my dinner I accidentally bite the spoon due to which my front lower tooth got slightly hurt and is very lightly shaking. Will it repair itself ? I got my RCT done recently in Mumbai and post that i have moved to another city. Docs had asked me to get capping done but since i am traveling i can't go back to Mumbai to get capping done.
