Hi doctor, Out of curiosity i wore my old plastic retainer i used to wear two years ago and found that it fit me really tight. Does that mean my teeth are shifting?? Why is it so? Doctor recommended to wear only for 2 years. Do retainer need to be wear forever?

Sir, my wisdom tooth has not come well and there is a cavity in it.  I have a lot of pain in that too. Sir do I have to get my wisdom teeth removed? If a tooth needs to be extracted, is it a painful process? There is also a cavity in the tooth next to my wisdom tooth.  Will that tooth also have to be removed, if not, will a cap be put in it?
