Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a CBCT done in last January 2022 as of my plan for dental work for bone graft , implant and few other regular cleaning etc. That time there is no such redness but on Feb 2 , 2022 i had a ulcer near left molar towards palate side . Than ulcer gone in few days ( 10 or 11 days ) but redness remained . Now few days back on 18 may 2022 , i noticed another ulceration on the same area which almost healed now but redness still therr , so i called the lab technician who was there while my CBCT scan he sent me this on request sent me the snaps of my molar region with this . Can anyone tell me what is going on there ? Image attached

I have severe jaw and neck pain.And one tooth#46 which hurts for 2 years for tapping and biting pressure on it. But nothing seen on the CBCT scans and xrays. Had root cash in 2020& no relief.Had partial retreatment in distal root last year and no relief. I decided to remove the tooth since it's hurting constantly but nothing found on it. But the Endo wanted to do another retreatment before pulling that tooth.So he opened whole tooth on Tuesday. He said he saw the fillings so wet in mesial canal. He said it's stinks and blood color like purplish. He didn't see any pus.Didn't tell me if it's infected. Put me on penicillin VK for 4 times a day for ten days. Placed medicine inside the canals.I don't know if these signs indicate infection?Do I need to remove the tooth immediately? I'm worried if the infection will spread. my kid(8+) tested positive for covid yesterday. I tested mine and was negative.I don't know if I can keep taking antibiotics for ten days even if I get +ve in few days?

So I have severe teeth anxiety and day before yesterday I guess I brushed a little too hard so my gum around my molar was hurting but I tried to check it and pushed my molars from my fingers and now it hurts. So can pushing your teeth really hard cause pain like that because I got my dental checkup last month but the doctor didn't say anything about this tooth

I had done RCT of a tooth in January but that tooth is hurting a lot now. It has been more than fifteen days and none of the medicines are working. There is an infection in the root of the tooth after doing xray, is it some other problem. Tell me some good medicine & What should I do for instant relief from pain?

Hi, My Dr wanted me to go to root canal treatment for 6 tooth's especially molar ones he says all cavities are in side contact. I want to know is there any way I go for painless root canal treatment or any other option other than root canal.

Dear Doctor, I have a problem with my right middle molar which is alone because rest of the two have been extracted a long time ago (4 years) and no implant. I went to a Dentist and he did OPG and said there is no infection and everything seems alright. He said there is no problem in the OPG. I have the following symptoms: 1. Pain in that tooth and it's gum when applying pressure from upper jaw. 2. It feels sensitive only on pressure but not on cold or hot food. 3. This gum always feels little sore. 3. Pain in right side of tongue. Sometimes it's burning pain. 4. There are teeth marks on my tongue in the morning only. Although this is not an unbearable pain but it's discomforting, If there is no problem in the OPG, then what is causing this pain.

I had pain near wisdom teeth region. But after taking pain killers it relaxed for few days but again emerging. I consulted a doctor he is saying that all the wisdom tooth had to be uprooted since the jaws are smaller in size than normal. Is surgery the only option. Here is the xray and doctors diagnosis

Hi I have pain in the lower jaw near the mandible jaw line end and side of the neck for 2 years now. Have tapping and biting pressure pain on 46 but CBCT scan was normal for 46. Had root canal in 2020 for these symptoms as it's hurting for tapping and biting pressure on it. No relief and same symptoms. Had retreat in distal canal from another Endodontist in Jan 2022 and same symptoms till now. Had Cbct and MRI of jaw and neck which was normal.  CBCT of tooth 46 doesn't show anything. I have extracted my wisdom tooth on both sides lower ones long back. But report says something about that wisdom teeth.  Don't know if any roots missed and causing pain now? Lingual undercut is noted i.r.t 47-48 region and 37-38 region.  Prominent buccal crestal area is noted i.r.t edentulous 48 region. Cortices are intact. Buccal crestal exostosis is noted with edentulous 48 region.  Localized concavity is noted with the lingual plate i.r.t 47-48 region. Are these report findings are normal?
