Respected Dr mam or sir I'm nri Indian Guy doing job in Abroad as a manager last year when I was in India I done it mine  teeth capping i done it my teeth crowned so just for mine doing routine check up I went to a dentist in here they done mine advanced mouth xray with a 360 degree angle rotating machine they said all is perfect good regime and all is good sir I'm sharing u.mine xray image plz check and also in a day I smoke 4 time and I brush mine teeth 3 time In a day and do paradontox gum care mouthwash 2 time in a day I mostly make lots of care of mine mouth  hygine and I just started doing a toungue cleaner. Mostly till my whole life I nvr do a toungue cleaner so i started doing a toungue cleaner I do 2 time in a day .which toungue cleaner is most effective stell toungue cleaner or plastic tongue scraper ..by doing 2 time toungue cleaning very hard my toungue become little hard I'm sharing u mine toungue image plz check say it is OK my toungue color is OK or not

While chewing pain in gums and also in ears sometimes I feel dizziness and headaches please suggest some pain relief medicine I have lot pain in right side gums

So I got my implants done its been 8 days but my sutures are still there.. They will be removed in 3 days.. I have a party to attend today is it ok if I drink little bit of alchohol or should I completely avoid? Plz guide

I havw mouth ulcer problem from many years and its heals itslef .. Yesterday i have one ulcer on left cheek and and i have many times it. I mean it heal itslef ...but yesterday i seen a black spot on left cheek... Is it serious think like cancer ...pls pls help

I would like to know if we need to extract the tooth if retreating the root canal fails? Had root canal on a tooth 2 years ago and pain stays the same till now. No cavity or infection before rct. Tooth was hurting for tapping and biting pressure on it. RCT for same reason. Partial retreat in dec'21 distal root but no changes. Had retreatment again on whole tooth first step a month ago with intra canal disinfectant(CaOH) inside the tooth. Tooth is not healed yet and I am supposed to go back to the Endo next week to get the permanent sealing. Endo wanted me to decide on my own if I need to extract this tooth or finish the retreat. Cbct scans clear. Pain same since 2020. I need to know dental opinion if a tooth is not healed in a month with retreat disinfectant, does it need to be extracted? Cbct scans are clear but when Endo reopened 46 last month,saw mesial old filling wet&stinks. No pus. Blood color purplish. So he placed CaOH. Now he is telling to ext instead of 2nd step.

Dear Doctor, Jaw Pain and Pain Near TMJ can be diagnosed with OPG Xray..? I have pain of Jaw and TMJ on both the sides. Deep cavities are noted on both sides. Can the pain is because of that..?
