Wisdom teeth tilt issue
I am having an issue of tilt wisdom teeth issue at right side of my jaw and it's almost 2 years till now and it's still stuck. X-ray reports shows its stuck at 45 degree and sometime when I brush it bleeds and gives pain too. Is surgery is the only option to get rid of from this?

An x ray of your wisdom tooth will help take the decision whether to leave the the tooth or get it extracted. Kindly consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for your problem.

Most of the times, we doctors advise the wisdom tooth extraction because they don’t play a role in chewing food as they are not erupted properly in mouth. Would need a Dental X-ray and a clinical picture to guide you the right treatment.
Next Steps
Share the X-ray. Get a consultation for a thorough examination.

It's always better to answer if you had shared an x ray or image along with text. But it looks like you are having impacted 3rd molar. In most of the cases, surgical extraction is required. But to confirm in your case, I will advise you to visit a local dentist for treatment and physical evaluation.
Next Steps
Do visit a local dentist for treatment and physical evaluation.

Very difficult to give you an answer to this without seeing the tooth on an x-ray. Sometimes an operculectomy using a laser can help. If it does not solve your problem, eventually an extraction may be needed
Next Steps
please visit you family dentist to further diagnose and treat the problem

If wisdom tooth is tilted and it gives pain, get overlying flap of tooth removed to erupt teeth completely. If its not possible, get it removed.
