Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have some pain in my right side of the tongue. Consulted many dentist who said my tongue is being hurt by the teeths as it is coming in between. Also doctor says my tongue is large and have teeth marks over the tongue. I am worried and keep thing negative things about it. Please help. There are no ulcers seen on the tongue. When there is a pain in other part of the body the tongue pain goes off.

My daughter who is 5 years old keeps on grinding her teeth after 2-3 am for 15-20 mins. The grinding is so rigorous that it literally disturbs others sleep.
