Now the permanent tooth is erupting behind it's place rather than the same place..

Hello doc,
My dentist had placed temporary filling on my two teeth. It came off the same day. Permanent filling to be placed in 4- 5 days. Should I get temporary filling again or it is manageable without it till I get permanent filling. How it impacts teeth.

Teeth broken
My right side wisdom teeth 1/4th of it has broken and thus there has become a big whole is it something it has to be treated? (I think it happened due to less space)
