Chronic Periodontal problems lead to tooth mobility. In these cases ... There is no bleeding and no tooth pain. Sometimes the gum may remain a little bit inflamed but almost unnoticeable. There might be stress over the anterior teeth due to chewing habits

Bleeding gums and periodontitis are not the only cause for tooth mobility. There are other causes as well. Kindly get yourself examined clinically by a dentist who will tell you the exact cause of your problem. Hope it helps

Slight mobility can be due to chronic periodontitis... Its a slowly progressing form of gum disease where gums do not bleed or pain...

Get an x ray and check up from dentist for checking the bone levels

There may be a variety of reasons for the mobility in your front teeth, so it is advised that you get a professional diagnosis made. The treatment will depend on the diagnosis and is usually very simple in cases of very little mobility. You may need only a thorough round of cleaning and a few tips on hygiene maintenance or cessation of particular habits which you may developed over time.
