Hello
About 1.5 months ago, i started daily OIL PULLING with sesame oil and BRUSHING TWICE a day to improve my oral health because i have plaque and tartar on my teeth since my childhood.
But only after 1 month into this routine, i noticed my one TOOTH ( mandibular left first premolar) was MOVING a bit. I thought it will get okay in a few days.
I immediately stopped oil pulling and also switched back to one time brushing in morning.
But it's been around 2 weeks, this problem is not going. That teeth is still moving a bit.
I don't know what to do. And I'm only 25 years old. I don't have any bad habits like tobacco/smoking/alcohol etc. I don't eat much sugar or caffeine.
Please help.

Okay first of all, oil pulling will not cause a tooth to loosen on its own. There must be an unaddressed underlying problem. You should visit a periodontist to know the reason and then plan the treatment accordingly. Do not panic. And it is not a reason to worry as we have treatments for every issue! I understand the fear of a loosened tooth, but let the dentist take care of your worries. Visit the dentist. Professionally, according to the info you have given, you may have loosened periodontal ligaments which can be due to multiple causes.
As you already know that u have plaque n tartar on ur teeth, so u should go for cleaning of teeth.
There can be various reasons related to mobile tooth like cavity, abscess, pyorrhoea etc. So immediately consult nearby dentist n get x-ray done of that tooth.
Hi please go to the nearby dental clinic and ask them to take an xray of that tooth. Reasons for that mobility may be periapical abscess, plaque around that tooth r gingival recession r decayed tooth
