Your oral health may be compromised.. which may lead to gingivitis/periodontitis..or may be due to exposure of dentin ( simple words sensitivity. ) due to teeth attrition.
Next Steps
Undergo oral prophylaxis.( scaling) & radiographic investigation for exact diagnosis.
Health Tips
Consult ur doctor when possible. Temporarily soft diet at normal temperature will be beneficial.

It seems u have a condition called gingivitis /periodontitis which occurs due to bad oral hygiene ,since you have not mentioned I m assuming that you have plague deposits on your teeth For now you need to go cleaning of your teeth with options depending on the condition of your teeth 1 Scaling and polishing (for less plague) 2 curretage and Root planning (for severe cases) For now you can take Tab diclomol SOS
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as clinical and radiographical examination will give exact treatment plan .
Health Tips
Maintain oral hygiene(brush twice ) Rinse ur mouth every time you eat Use sensodyne toothpaste
