Tooth and Mouth Problems

1 am 40. 1 have some missing teeth. I want do implant. My xray report shows 8.5 mm× 3mm dia. Is it perfect measurement for implant? Is there any health risk in future? What is its success and longevity ?

There is two small white dot in last of mouth.it does not hurt anytime but it is there for two weeks and it is very small and it has white coating on it .is it sometimes serious?

I've had troubles with bleeding gums in the past for which the doctor has given me some vitamins and a gel for gum massage. Today, I saw that a small part of my gum(front teeth) is slightly swollen and getting pulled away from the teeth. It's not hurting but I could see a slight gap between teeth and gum ☹️

Hello Doctors, I am on periodontics medication. I am using retainer from 6 months. I am taking CADIDOX 200, Lycopene Plus ( Dr Morphene) , calcium ,D3 and Sun rich twice a day. I am also taking hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. From 3 day I am noticing blue vein in left and right side under the tongue. Sometimes it goes away sometime it was there. So, please let me know why these vein are visible now and it it serious??

I underwent wisdom tooth extraction in dec 2021 and after anesthesia wear off still numbness in tongue there .I asked doctor he said it will heal with time and then after 2 months I went to prosthodontist and used tablet combination of methyl cobalmin+ pragbalin till now today doctor says it is permanent now I want to know is it true that numbness don't go and be permanent and the first doctor didn't mention about this and said it is easy as it is easily positioned now I want to know if first doctor made any mistake my xray first one before removal 2 nd after removal

I am addicted to chewing tobacco which resulted in yellowing of teeth and are also eroded. I need teeth cap for set of teeth to prevent them for further damage. Is it possible and of yes, is it very expensive?

Hello Doctor, I am having recurring canker sores since 10 days on my bottom lip and under tongue area. One grows after another. They are making it difficult for me to eat, drink or even talk. I am applying orasore gel but it only provides temporary relief. I am taking becosule vit b complex with zinc capsule since 3 days. But not much improvement. My stools are fine and daily. My work schedule is such that I have to eat spicy outside food regularly so that's why the sores are aggravating. Is there any quick treatment method. A white small pimple on under side of tongue from 2 weeks.in morning when I a wake up it is like contracted and after waking up it become like pimple.what is it ?

If i go for rct of frontal upper tooth, is it necessary to get a cap on it? If i don't get one, does that mean it might break while chewing?

Can all 4 wisdom teeth be removed at once . 17 year old I am having my boards right now and competitive exams in the near future so can I get all 4 removed at once my bottom ones are impacted and my upper ones are slightly visible previously orthodnitic treatment done.
