Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a very bad tmdj pain for past 2 months...I have taken vovisun prescribed by my general physician but I didn't relieve my pain either...please suggest a good medication for my pain...I'm suffering a lot coz of this

Respected doctor,                 I have got a cyst under my lower lip please tell me some medicine to dissolve this cyst.

I have root canal retreatment 3 days ago. Constant pain in that tooth but nothing found on the cbct and xrays. Had first RCT in2020 but no infection on tooth that time. Tapping and biting pain on it. Had partial distal root retreat in 2021 and no relief.  Endo reopened one last try to see if anything wrong 3 days ago. And told me to extract if nothing found. He reopened and saw one root in mesial was having wetness in canal fillings and stinks.he said blood color was like purplish and not blood red. He put medicine inside and asked me to take antibiotics for ten days. Told me to come back after 6 weeks for second step. Is this blood color changes means serious infection? Will this cause sepsis? I am worried about it. Taking penicillin VK 4 times a day. It's been 3 days completed now and still have pain in that tooth. Always sore pain and sometimes sharp pain. Is this normal? Do we need to pull that tooth if root canal is infected /failed?

My dad who is in his 50s has this white thing from a week, any idea what's this and if its anything serious

I have tooth pain 46 for 2 years now.Have jaw pain under ear lobe and neck on right.Went to dentist for jaw pain&spotted 46 hurts for tapping,biting pressure.xrays,CBCT scan clear.Endo told me to try RCT,did in 2020.No relief,same jaw,tooth pain.MRI, CT of jaw,neck normal.Saw another endo last year&he did partial retreat for distal root as it wasn't filled till end root tip.partial retreat last year&no relief.Went back to Endo this week and told me to extract 46 as nothing found but tooth keeps hurting always.Took CBCT&clear.He wanted to try one more retreat as last try before ext.Reopened tooth 3 days ago.One root in mesial was having wetness in old canal filling.He said it stinks and blood color changes like purplish.He put medicine inside both canals.He said he didn't see those in cbct or x-ray.Is blood color changes like purplish indicate infection?put me on antibiotics for 10days.2nd step RCT after 6wks. is this infection will spread across? do I need to remove Tooth immediately?

Today one tooth onnright side of upper jaw is extracted after x ranr done.However no stich was given ..It has been more than 5 hours but it is still bleeding. medicines given are ETHAMSYLATE twice  for 2 days , mox clav625 twice daily for 5 days, and zerodol p for 2 days Please advise what to do now as bleeding not stopped

Hello, I would like to know the root canal treatment process cost. my tooth absorbed water and it's feel uncomfortable.

I have tooth pain like tapping and biting on it,hurts for any little pressure on it since 2020.Xrays and cbct was normal.But severe pain,so had rct in 2020.Endo retreat distal root alone in 2021 as it has some gap at end of root tip. No relief.It started as severe jaw pain under ear,neck and I still have same for 2 years. MRI and CT of jaw, neck normal. So he said he will try one more full retreat before extraction.Taken new cbct and normal. So opened the whole tooth 3 days ago.One root in mesial canal has some wetness in old filling.He said it supposed to be dry but it's wet.he smelled it and it stinks. blood color like purplish there and not blood red. He didn't say if it's infected.Didn't say anything.He told me these details and placed medicine inside 2 canals and put me on penicillin VK 4 times a day for 10 days.Asked me to come after 6weeks for second step.Is this blood color change&wetness means serious infection? Will it spread across like sepsis?do I need extract immediately?

Today I had my wisdom tooth extraction and the doctor advised me to take some medicine 1. Clavum 2. Flagyl Er 3. Dolokind plus Recently I have taken cyclopam due to my abdominal pain as it is a combination of paracetamol and dicyclomine can I take dolokind plus with cyclopam

My wisdom tooth was removed at 18 may the problem is swelling n pain not vanishing In 24 hours I take 7 to 10 pain killer to relax my pain when I eat it begain paining wen the pain killer done working its paining again n swelling is not under control where I take injection its hurts so much
