Habitual movement of tongue
I have habitual movement of my tongue toward a composite filling in upper premolar. I do it repeatedly . Don't know why.  Is will harm the filling and strength of composite filling?

Hii.. If You have observed that your tongue is moving towards the composite filling, That might because of any rough surface on the filling.. & If you are having food lodgement bcz of that, Go to your dentist & get it refilled..

If you do it repeatedly  it can result in removal of filling slowly.try to change the habit.also check whether there is any highpoint noted with the restoration and get it corrected if any.
