I have habitual movement of my tongue toward a composite filling in upper premolar. I do it repeatedly . Don't know why. Is will harm the filling and strength of composite filling?

Hii.. If You have observed that your tongue is moving towards the composite filling, That might because of any rough surface on the filling.. & If you are having food lodgement bcz of that, Go to your dentist & get it refilled..
