My 8 year old son fell from bed and his down two permanent teeth are shaking slightly.what shall.i do now.plz suggest

I was examining my mouth and was confused whether thr floor of my mouth looked healthy. My teeth are a little yellow and I'm planning to get checked but this question is just about the floor of my mouth, underneath the tongue area.

Tooth is moving having too much pain even  not able to eat anything consultant with dr she advise to remove the tooth because it's Milky tooth so have to remove his tooth, we need your advise?

6 month's ago I had a sore on my Lower lip but it it healed within a week but fter that I noticed a small movable gaath or a lump of mass inside my moth bellow the inner lip and it has been there for last 6 months painless. What should I do ?please help

On left upper jaw I have a cavity which doctor filled with filling. Issue I was facing is pain only while chewing and there was no pain generally. After few days of filling it again start to pain n doc advised there is an infection in gums and they I think cleaned it and advised metrology tab n oinment. Now I when I am drinking normal room temperature water its paining there n been advised of augmentin. What could be the problem and I am having issues for a month now
