Mandibular tori on my lower mandible
Recently i observed bony growths on both sides of my lower mandible towards medial. i think 0.5 centimetre width in size. Kindly advise me what should i do. And please tell me wether the surgical process is done under local or general anaesthesia. Thankyou

It’s it’s not affecting your then y u want to remove If it if troubling you then yea go visit a oral surgeon and get it done under LA

Clinical evaluation necessary for proper diagnosis and treatment. If its a bony overgrowth,  then can be operated under both local or general anesthesia. It depends upon both the surgeon's and the patient's preference.

If there is salty taste in mouth of pus discharge,it can be sialolith or abscess.get xray of the area.drainage and excision has to be done.
