Tooth and Mouth Problems

My tooth is half broken in an accident before 3 years I am attaching pic since then every 2-3 months there is pain in that tooth area for 1-2 day do I need medical intervention for this is this very serious iissue please tell

3 months ago I had a UTI problem. I took antibiotic pills for 2 weeks.  After that I had acid reflux symptoms..some times my tongue is feel good...but some times its burning....i drinks plenty of water.....  if it's vitamin deficiency i ate b complex and multivitamin tablets for 20 days..but it's still burning. . i am facing this  issue for one and half month...doctors said tongue looks normal..whenever   eaten hot ,sour or dry foods it's burning..i feel my tongue is  so sensitive.. what can i do? I am so worried about it.

I had root canal treatment for two teeth...while doing that doctor found that last teeth also needs to be treated...he is suggesting single crown for all three teeth...my question is... is single crown for three teeth is suggestible or should I go for individual crown for three teeth
