About filling
I have done a filling base dycol with gic. I am felling mild pain during bite .what should I do?plz suggest .pic uploaded. Molar teeth . Is filling high or low?

Hii...By the pictures I can see the filling is between 2 teeth...So there are chances of food lodgement there...If you have pain on biting or while just chewing, that means it has high points that needs to be corrected... Go to the dentist where the treatment has been done & get it corrected...

Get it checked with pictures it looks like a class2 (cavity’s between 2 teeth )if u feel filling is gone a bit or filling not done well can have pain on biting There can be other reasons also

On the day of filling,pain may occur  usually it subsides.if pain present after 1 day ,visit your dentist,to check for highpoint, if there is severe continuous pain,rct has to be done.

If the pain is still there after a few days, get a Dental X-ray done. Might go for a root canal. Need to see the X-ray to confirm the diagnosis.

High point should be relieved as it can cause periapical pathology due to trauma from occlusion.
