Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello Doctors, I am having purple vein on left and right side in bottom of tongue. Is it normal or something serious???

Hum below one tooth is swollen. When I touch it it feels like there is liquid inside. No pain in tooth. This is in lower gums.

Swelling near gum and last teeth pain. Attached images. Facing it in last 3 to 4 days Only lifestyle chnge is started to eat ice creams for 2 weeks like once a day

I have which stage of gum disease can it be reversible by home treatment. Please advise the treatment.

Hello I have attached a picture of mine.. A small sore developed under my lips from last Sunday.. Initially it was smaller in size...but from yesterday it started growing in size... Sometimes I have seen white skin like substance surrounding it which goes away when I rub it... This is very much painfull while eating and sometimes talking too... Plz guide me
