Tooth and Mouth Problems

Respected Sir or mam Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad sir mostly I take lots of care of mine mouth hygine I mostly smoke 4 time in a day Im a new smoker sir I do brush 3 time in a day and do paradontox gum care mouthwash 2 time in a day and do tongue scraper cleaning 2 time in a days i use both toungue cleaner stell toungue cleaner and plastic toungue cleaner plz check a pic of my toungue is it pink and healthy or not... sir just also I done it my advanced xray of my whole mouth I just went it in here for doing mine routine check up of mine crown...plz check all is fit na

I have a jaw pain on one side. Some times it feels like my jaw is swallown. It is tender to touch. I have got OPG Xray done which I have attached for your reference. What can be the issue..?

For my tooth i am seeing mild pain continuosly because of weather. 3 years ago i have done crowning treatment.

I used to eat daily pan masala for that my teeth got tartar it became black n someone yellow , how i can remove it , now i left pan masala

25 days before wisdom teeth extraction was done but still pain in my inner cheeks are there and also numbness half lip as well as chin Is it normal

While chewing pain in gums and also in ears sometimes I feel dizziness and headaches please suggest some pain relief medicine I have lot pain in right side gums

I havw mouth ulcer problem from many years and its heals itslef .. Yesterday i have one ulcer on left cheek and and i have many times it. I mean it heal itslef ...but yesterday i seen a black spot on left cheek... Is it serious think like cancer ...pls pls help
