Tooth and Mouth Problems

Osfm stage 1 No ulcer or lesion on Mouth.Limited burning When spicy food intake.left habit 3 momth ago. Yesterday Did Velscan it show Loss of fluoroscense in Left/Right Buccal mucosa.Is it need to worry ?

Suddenly my tongue has become sensitive to normal spicy food, it's been over 20 days but it's not getting cured. Have not taken any medications till now. I smoke, but in the last few weeks I've restricted to one or 0 per day. After eating spicy food, some white patches appear on the tongue and goes away within minutes, I feel no spice after it. Mouth opening is normal, few white patches in the inner cheeks.

I am having difficulty in opening my jaw. And have pain in left side of jaw. What should be done so that jaw can open normally.

Hey, I got composite resin filling done in my front teeth. My front gap got reduced by was not closed completely. After a month I noticed a small yellow portion beside my filling. It was not before. What is it? What should be my next step. Pls reply
