Tooth and Mouth Problems

I think i have cavity in my lower right side second last molar , the cavity looks small in size from outside, i can feel a hole in that tooth when i glide my tongue over it, also i feel pain i.e low to medium intensity pain plus sensitivity. Medium pain only when eating, brushing etc and low pain when nothing in mouth. However , there is no pain when grinding teeth together. Do i need cavity filling ? I am attaching pictures of the tooth . Your opinion on this will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Sir I am under root canal treatment it requires 4 sittings today it got fina and they take cap size but while taking cap size gum beside the treated tooth bleed little bit and after that I looked very small swealling is present in gum beside the treated tooth where cap size is taken is that normal please tell

Hlo sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad mostly I take lots of care of mine mouth hygine I brush 2 time in a day do mouthwash paradontox gum care mouthwash 2 time in a day and do tongue scraper cleaning 2 time in a day ... There is sever pain in my lower front tooth.destist said One teeth is 100% infection.adjacent teeth also infected one is 80% and another one is 20% inflected.he advised RCT for first teeth and he will wait for remaining teeth how they respond. While doing RCT for 100% infected tooth he said it's shaking as well.should i continue with RCT or should i go for extraction for tooth which is shaking and has most infected.

My 7 years old son has cavity in 3 tooth, and eating becomes painful for him. One dentist has advised us for GA but I don't want it, is there any other option to treat the cavity?

Can I take nicip for fever 102+ i developed soon after RCT . with ketorol dt and augmentin given for RCT treatment . Was feeling jaw pain throbbing right face for few days , Dr done xray and RCT . But am feeling feverish since morning and now 102-101 after returning from RCT . Can I take nicip alone or paracetamol for fever with ketorol dt?

I have just got my tooth extracted. Can I place Ice pack over my cheek from where tooth is extracted? And also after tooth extraction, how long should I wait to drink water? Should I drink cold water or normal water?

3 months back I underwent wisdom tooth removal procedure.. from that time I can't sense any taste in my right side tongue.. what can I do now... If I touch my tongue it feels different.. currently am out of country so I can't able to visit my dentist.. kindly help me

Pain in right side of mouth up & down both tooth.Unable to chew any kind of food.Since last 1 week ,I suffering from this pain.Molar became swell teeth are also came upward side.Pain has been spread in full mouth teeth & root canal as well.Cant open full mouth to eat.The pain spreded slowly from mouth to ear to head.
