Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got my wisdom tooth extracted on may 28. So its more than month now. It was pulled out, no bone was cut. There was no pain or discomfort at first. But a week ago that area started becoming very sensitive. Is that a sign of infection? The sensitivity started exactly 25 days after it was pulled out.  Please help. I want to confirm..there was no pain or discomfort for 25 days after the procedure

Is nicotex chingum  safe to use in leukoplakia? I have white patches in mouth...for this.. I quit my habit of smoking ..with the help of necotex chingum.. After that I see I faced lots of problem in mouth .. recurring ulcer ,nausea etc? But ..good to see that condition of white patches improved since I switch my habit of smoking to nicotex
