Tooth and Mouth Problems

My daughter is only 6 years, below 2 teeth fell and the new ones have come. But now above front 2 teeth are about to fall.. I am worried as it is too early I think. Please advice.

I visited my dentist and after the xray it was found that i have horizontally impacted wisdom tooth in lower right area ( wisdom tooth not visible from outside , completely covered under the gum) . as of now , it's causing dull continuous pain around that area . My question is 1) Will i eventually have to get them removed ? 2) after the procedure do they stitch back the gum or stitch it partially like leaving a hole. 3) will i be unconscious during the procedure or numbed ?
