My outer and upper gums are hurting while eating hard things and it bleeded when I ate some mixture.

Hii... If your gums hurt & bleed while having food , it can be because of gingivitis or periodontitis (pyorrhoea). For proper diagnosis & treatment plan you should send a pic of your gums & book a video consultation.
