Hello I am going for Flap surgery and a molar Extraction. Now my question is My Palatal cortical plate is thin as said by RADIOLOGIST ( the side where flap surgery and Extraction will take place ) Options 1. Surgical Extraction by section of teeth Or 2. Usual surgical Extraction Please let me know
