I had a root canal procedure in 2015 which never ended. Filling was out and second time I went the filling was out. After that I never visited due to my panic attack condition while seeing dental instruments. She used to give me 3 injections before performing anything. So in 2017 half of the tooth also came out while eating one day. So there was nothing just holes. I called the dentist n she said that this is all destroyed now I have to remove from the root only. I never visited after listening this. It was all going good without any pain sometimes I did feel pulse in that area but never had a pain so slowly where there was a big hole now it has become 4 black spots. Yesterday night I did brush my teeth n I think I had a harsh one that gum now wen I wake up I noticed that the gum is swollen and that area is tender, I am attaching a photo too. I am very scared to visit a dentist because my bp shoots up I swear. I need someone to pls understand my fear and give me the solution.

Hello doctors, I am on orthodontic treatment. Dentist prescribed me Dr morepen lycopene plus and he is providing me this medicine on MRP. But from out side I am getting this medicine at very low cost. So , can I take antioxidant from other brand with same composition from outside?

Can high fever be expected after surgical extraction of a molar?Is it a common occurrence or rare?How long can it remain?

I have a tooth (46) which is hurting for more than 2 years. Tapping and biting pressure on it. Went to Endo. CBCT scan and xrays are clear. Did first root canal in 2020 and no relief. Same symptoms. Saw another Endo and did partial distal root retreat last year and no changes. Same pain/symptoms. Endo told me to extract it as nothing worked. But he reopened the tooth to check one last time before sending be to surgeon for ext. When he reopened,mesial canal filling was wet, stinking and blood color changes like purplish. But no pus and he didn't say if it's infected. He placed calcium hydroxide inside and it's been 41 days now. No relief. So he told me to go for ext now. Taken CBCT again and nothing found. But they told me to extract it,since no relief from pain. My primary pain is in lower jaw under ear and that's how pain started. If I extract it,do I need to do immediate bone graft only? I want to do implant later. Can I do bone graft after few years of extraction? Help.

Hi, Currently im going through an orthodontic treatment with metal braces. It has been 18 months and now I have overbite of 8mm gap and no bite alignment with crowding in lower front teeth. My doctor said it is recommended not to move the molar tooth in order to correct the bite and with this i have speech issue, lips incompetence, pain while chewing because of misaligned bite. Is this appropriate result after 18 months of treatment?

Sir I am under root canal treatment it requires 4 sittings today completed and they have taken size of cap while taking there is minor bleeding and little swealling in the side of gum of treatment tooth is that normal means very little bleed and little swealling type is normal
