My implant is done after 15days of implant. Single tooth implant is done in upper jaw on 6th august. And now today suddenly little swelling occur there. Is it infection or failure of implant. Please help me out.

As you may already know dental implant require oral surgery to place them into the jawbone. As with most surgeries, patient can expect some side effects one of which is swelling. Swelling is a result of fluid building up in the tissue. It's normal for some swelling after dental implant surgery since this is the body's way of dealing with trauma. Bruising may also occur as this is another way the body responds to injections and incisions. Depending on the number of dental implants and the length and complexity of the surgery. It's not uncommon for people to experience an element of swelling and bruising around the mouth and jaw, cheeks, eyes, and side of the face and some patients tend to experience more discoloration and inflammation than others. Swelling is natural part of recovery after dental implant surgery and shouldn't cause concern.
Next Steps
If you notice swelling after the initial inflammation has subside, it could indicate an infection re experiencing any symptoms which indicate infection, visit to your doctor right away

Number of reasons for swelling. It is Implant failure due to infection which can be because of improper sterilization protocol or pervious any infection in bone.
