Dental pain
I have a 4 tooth bridge in which there is a support from the wisdom tooth and the lower left front tooth and in between there are no tooth. This is a case of more than 4 years and few days back the bridge came out unknown reasons and then somehow got it fixed but from 2 days i have pain in the front lower tooth where the bridge starts but there is few gap feom below in bridge so is the food particles travelling down there and causing this pain or how. If bridge is removed there is a gap of 4 tooth gums. Is there any alternate to it so that i can go without an implant.

There can be high points on the bridge because of refitting of the bridge. Get it checked by the dentist who has done the fitting. & Try to maintain proper hygiene at that area.

You need to visit a local dentist for physical evaluation. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. If you don't want implant/bridge, then you can go for removable Prosthesis.
