Dont worry, it should settle down with time. Salt water rinses mutiple times a day should help after that massaging from outside with water. Heaviness should get better in 15 days Mouth opening can be improved by doing exercises after the rinses

Hello
Stiffness (Trismus) of the jaw muscles may cause difficulty in opening your mouth for a few days following surgery. This is a normal post-operative event which will resolve in time.
Loss of sensation in the lips, chin, or tongue is very common after tooth extractions, especially when teeth are removed in the lower jaw area. This includes wisdom tooth removal.
Next Steps
but if the issues sensation doesn't recover then u should consult a maxillofacial facial surgeon.
Recovery following surgical removal of wisdom tooth usually takes between 7 to 10 days. The loss of sensation in lips, cheek, gums and teeth is most likely due to nerve damage during the surgery. For management of your problem you can book an online consultation with me or visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
