Wisdom teeth surgery is complicated?
I have attached my x-ray of wisdom tooth n second molar(before RCT).
Its been 10days RCT of second molar and doctor suggested me that they will remove wisdom teeth... so that it will be easy to put cap on root canal treated tooth. But they also told that my wisdom teeth on Nerve so that i may get temporary numbness or permanent numbness in that part after surgery.... but they gave 90% chance like nothing will happen but 10% it may affect... we are planning for baby so that didn't go with surgery.
Now my problems are like what if i loss sensation in that part after surgery?
And
After root canal i was having sensitivity for 5 days after that about next three days i was completely ok there was no any pain and sensitivity but from 10th day i mean from yesterday Root canal treated 2nd molar is started paining even for cold,warm and hot... im unable to drink water properly im using straw.. does it mean RCT failed? Or is it because of wisdom teeth?

Your Radiograph depicts decayed 2nd Molar and Mesioangular impacted wisdom tooth (3rd Molar).
Your pain is not because of wisdom tooth, its due to decayed second Molar. Since, your wisdom tooth is impacted and has led to problems for second molar due to its inclination, it is advisable to get your wisdom tooth extracted after getting a CBCT scan.
If you’re on the family planning stage then get your dental treatment done before you plan.

Get 3D scan done for wisdom tooth before extraction. X rays are 2D and give superimposition of images.
Scan will tell you if tooth is touching nerve exactly or not. If not touching... U r absolutely safe and get done your extraction done without any risk.
Prefer MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon for extraction.
Remove wisdom tooth before pregnancy.
