Nah, the treatment of aligners would stay in the mouth. Would not affect any other part of the body.
Next Steps
If you need to use a mouth guard for your training, make sure you consult with your doctor.
Health Tips
Make sure you wear your aligners as much time as directed by your doctor's for optimal results.

You need to wear your aligners for 22 hours except brushing and eating. Gym wont affect your aligner treatment but avoid biting too hard on your aligners while lifitng weights. Also get your aligner treatment done from aligner specialists i.e. Orthodontists only for best efficient results. I am an orthodontist and you can visit my clinic for same
Next Steps
visit an orthodontist
