I have had my pre molar filled thrice in 1 year. What dental care regime should I follow and how should I avoid cavity? What toothpaste or mouthwash to use. Can I use charcoal powder for tooth whitening?

Either your premolar has a proximal filling / the remaining structure is too small for the filling to remain intact at its place. In the above mentioned condition the patient is advised to get a crown. However it might be many of the one reason thats resulting in dislodging your tooth filling. Secondly, Tooth powders should never be used to brush the teeth. It won't whiten rather it will abrade your teeth surface.

Hiii....The reason for cavity is mainly food lodgement, if there's food sticking between your teeth constantly then it can turn into cavities...You should use floss for interdental cleaning. Do gargle after having food.. Use toothpaste instead of powder.. If you need any further information, you can book a video consultation..
