For lower molars composite is the best filling material in tooth coloured options available. Because your molars assist in chewing that exerts a lot of forces. Composites bear such forces better than GIC.

Gic hybrid filling is good as its strength is more than gic. If u want to go with composite filling than base of gic over that composite will be better.

GIC hybrid are more advanced/next generation GIC. They have similar properties as of traditional GIC and additionally more strength to bear stress. Better to choose filling/restoration material as per your doctor's advice. (Although you can go for Composite, if youwant)
