Molar Sensitivity after deep filling
Hi, I got a dental filling done in upper left second last molar in 2021 which wasnt done correctly & led to food being lodged. Checked with another dentist who filled empty space but eventually that also didn't last. In Dec 2022, I went to another dentist,he removed previous fillings and did new filling. Since then, having mild sensitivity to extreme cold, hot liquids, which subsides after sometime. Able to have other things without any issues. I avoid eating hard things from the same side. My last molar has also got chipped off (1/4th part) during 2021, not having any symptoms at the moment. Since 3-4 days got facial pain on the same side, happened last year same time, could it be sinus issues ? Got an x ray done, can someone let me know if  the inner nerves are exposed ? Also, please advise if the filled tooth sensitivity something which can eventually get resolved on its own or is there anything apart from RCT which can help to cure this ? What should be the further course of action.

Better to go for RCT and crown. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).

Hi, From the x-ray shared by you, it looks like you need to undergo Root canal treatment for both your molars on the upper left region. I suggest you meet with your dentist and plan for the procedure soon.
