Hi,
I have attached my opg here. Please tell me what's wrong.
To summarise everything: I have had the dental bridge for almost 15 years now. Which is causing me jaw pain. On the opposite side, I recently had my molar extracted due to severe infection. Please let me know what is the issue.

From the OPG, there appears to be a long-standing fixed bridge in the lower right posterior region, with the adjacent teeth showing previous dental treatment. The bridge itself may not necessarily be the direct cause of the jaw pain. After 15 years, however, the supporting teeth should be evaluated for recurrent decay, periodontal problems, root/canal pathology and occlusal overload.
The recent extraction on the opposite side can also cause temporary changes in chewing pattern and increased loading on the bridge side, which may contribute to jaw discomfort/TMJ or muscle pain.
The OPG alone is not sufficient to determine the exact cause of the pain.
Next Steps
* Get a clinical examination of the bridge and its supporting teeth.
* Take individual IOPA radiographs of the bridge abutments to assess the roots, periodontal bone and any periapical pathology.
* Check occlusion and whether the bridge is taking excessive bite force.
* Assess for mobility, pocketing, recurrent caries and tenderness to percussion.
* If the bridge or abutment teeth are compromised, the dentist may recommend bridge removal and treatment/replacement depending on the findings.
* If the pain is mainly around the jaw rather than the teeth, evaluate for TMJ/muscle-related pain as well.
Health Tips
Until it is evaluated, avoid very hard or sticky foods on that side and try not to clench or grind your teeth. Maintain good cleaning underneath the bridge using floss/threader or an interdental brush.
If there is swelling, severe toothache, fever, pus, or pain that wakes you at night, seek an in-person dental evaluation promptly.

May I know when did the pain start?
U need to get it checked clinically, there may be food lodgement in that area which is causing you sensitivity. It is difficult to tell just with an X-ray.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and get it checked. Meanwhile u can do warm salt water gargle 2-3 times a day which will help you and relive sensitivity
