If i tell you that you can work or not work on the same day without even seeing your tooth or the xray i won't be doing justice. I need to know the position of the tooth, need to see if its impacted and whether bone has to be drilled or it will come out easily. will have to check how to roots are....so to answer your question i feel regardless whether is easy or difficult its better to do it on a weekend so you can get 2 days to rest and make sure you take your medicines properly.
Next Steps
would advise you to come for consult.
Health Tips
betadine gargle and keeping that area clean with help little with the pain for the time being.

Depends on the position of your tooth. Kindly share a clinical picture and take a painkiller for the pain. Do warm saline rinses (3-4 times a day)

Hii...Since you are suffering from pain, affected teeth has to be removed...Wisdom teeth is anyway extra in the mouth...So there's no need of replacement.. There is no need to take leave for the Teeth removal...you can plan your appointment after work at evening, so you can take rest at night & in the morning you can continue your work normally...You should take care of that area for 24 hrs but it doesn't hamper your routine..
Next Steps
Go for the removal.

Since you will plan the treatment, you can schedule it when you have a leave Typically there is no pain after removal but you will have to adhere to eating soft food and take care of the healing site for atleast 24 hours, no vigorous activity but you can resume your normal work after 2-3 hours
Next Steps
get the removal scheduled

It's better to get extraction done when next day is off. Extraction normally is under local anaesthesia,  so won't pain at that time. But you may have pain for 3-5 days, for which your dentist will prescribe you medication.
