Pain in bucal mucosa and gum near wisdom
Hello sir ther is very sharp and unbearable pain near right wisdom tooth gums and buccal mucosa also ther is some tear type skin happens . While straching my mouth it pains very sharp . What should be apply there.

If your wisdom tooth is impacted, pain and tear type skin at the area is due to pericoronitis.take antibiotics and analgesics as per consultation, for temporary relief you can apply anesthetic gel at the region.if pain still persists, get operculectomy or removal of tooth done by dentist
