For temporary pain relief you can apply Dologel CT on that area and along with do warm saline rinses 4-5 times a day . But visit your nearby doctor for permanent cure .

Do consult any doctor he will check its really due to sharp tooth cusp or not ...if it would be due to tooth ask your doctor to round off the tooth...do not ignore this leison can change to cancer cells
Next Steps
Till that use Rexidine forte gel on your leison it will give relief to you
Health Tips
avoid eating to that side of mouth till full leison is healed
The pain your experiencing is usually due to wisdom tooth eruption/ inflammation of surrounding gums
Take analgesics and do warm saline gargles for pain relief
If your wisdom tooth is impacted, pain and tear type skin at the area is due to pericoronitis.take antibiotics and analgesics as per consultation, for temporary relief you can apply anesthetic gel at the region.if pain still persists, get operculectomy or removal of tooth done by dentist
Local application of any ointment won't help much. You can do warm saline rinses for some relief. The pain that you are experiencing is due to the inflammation and swelling in the gum flap overlying your wisdom tooth. Kindly consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for proper clinical evaluation and treatment.
