Maintain good oral hygiene. Use antimicrobial mouthwash along with twice daily brushing. Do warm saline rinses atleast thrice a day and Tab. Dolo 650 for pain relief( not more than 3 tablets per day). Post delivery visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the procedure.

Hello mam. Welcome to practo.. I advise you to brush your teeth twice with soft brush that is do soft brushing in the wisdom tooth region.. Then do warm water and salt gargling daily once at night before bed.. Gargle well after meals.. Avoid food entrapment in the wisdom teeth region.. Avoid hot and cold foods... Massage slowly your gingiva near the wisdom teeth.. Avoid sleeping that side in which wisdom teeth causes pain.. Can take tablet paracetamol.. But also consult your general physician before taking any tablets.. Check if you have excess pain while biting.. Inform this to your dentist.. The dentist will trim the cusps.. Follow these for three days.. You will definitely have less pain.. But impaction is the correct treatment.. But before going for impaction you should definitely consult your gynecologist... Thank you.. Have a nice day.. Consult me for further details..

You can do warm saline rinses (3-4 times a day), and take a tablet Paracetamol whenever you feel pain. As you’re in your 3rd trimester, treatment is not advisable. You can proceed for the dental treatment post delivery.
