Hi... the ulcer is due to irritation caused by the sharp cusp of the upper third molar and also due to the insufficient space for the lower third molar tooth/wisdom tooth.
Next Steps
Add salt in luke warm water and gargle in the affected side 4 times a day to get temporary relief. Visit dentist immediately to avoid serious dental issues.
Health Tips
Advised to do regular dental check up and teeth cleaning every 6 months

Hello dear, Please be calm It is nothing but pericoronitis which is inflammation of gum over wisdom tooth. There are two main procedures for it, extraction or operculctomy. Get an x ray to see the status of the involved tooth
Next Steps
x ray of the involved tooth
Health Tips
salt water rinses  6 hourly a day for 5 days

From your description, it seems to be inflammation of gum tissue flap (pericoronitis) over partially erupted wisdom tooth. If the pain and inflammation are severe, it may be necessary to remove the gum flap (operculectomy) or wisdom tooth (extraction). It may be recommended to extract both your upper and lower wisdom teeth to prevent your upper tooth from biting your gum. However, definite treatment will depend on clinical and radiographic (x-ray) examination.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist for definite clinical evaluation and treatment.
Health Tips
Maintain good oral hygiene, including brushing and flossing. Do warm salt-water rinses.

Looks like your upper teeth has sharp cups, visit your dentist and get it stripped.. As in picture your wisdom tooth doesn't look full erupted or might be covered by your gums... To remove the gum operculactemy needs to be done and if not full erupted get a x-ray done it might be impacted

The upper teeth are impinging on the lower leading to keratosis . Advice u to visit a nearby dentist get the sharp cusp smothened and if required  do operculectomy.  Keep d area clean , rinse with chlorhexidine  mouthwash  twice daily for a week .

Hi, What you are suffering is called ad pericioronitis. The wisdom tooth has not erupted fully and the soft tissue covering over it is infected and inflammed due upper teeth impinging on the lower tissue and also possibly food getting stuck between the tooth and the gum.You will have to rinse vigirously in that area with warm saline water many times a day to keep it clean and reduce inflammation.Later on you can visit a dentist who will remove the overlying tissue .
