If you had undergone cleaning of teeth, gums may bleed if there is gingivitis. In some cases, black spot also appears after cleaning due to presence of chromogenic bacteria .during cleaning, outer layer of teeth is not rubbed out.it removes only plaque and calculus deposits.

- Bleeding gums can occur because of several problems like Gingivitis, Infection in a tooth or the gum or brushing too hard. - One should get the teeth cleaning done every 6 months to maintain good oral hygiene because it not only promotes healthy gums but moreover it stops gum disease and fights bad breath. - After scaling is completed, you may experience slight discomfort around the teeth for several days and increased sensitivity to hot and cold (and sometimes sweets) for up to one-week duration. This is a normal course of healing. - The sensitivity which occurs after cleaning can be managed by applying anti-sensitive toothpaste (Vantej or Sensodent KF) and by warm saline rinses.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist nearby and get the scaling done.
Health Tips
-Brush twice daily. -Avoid hard brushing. - Warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day.
