I have very slightly loose front teeth due to flossing after a long time. I can feel a slight movement in my teeth when pushed by my tongue . My gums look healthy. Is this a matter of concern, will this lead to tooth loss?

Loose front tooth due to flossing may be due to gingival attachment loss.discontinue flossing for a while, get your teeth cleaned.if there is spacing between front teeth, get it corrected by orthodontic treatment.
Bone loss may cause mobility in teeth sometimes underlying infection may also be the reason , discontinue flossing for a while and visit your dentist to get clinically assessed and treated.
