Pyria in gums
My brother is having gum bleed from last 15 days. He consulted with doctor and he diagnosed pyria. He cleaned is gum and teeth and prescribed stapler lb 500 twice a day. Is that much dose is fine. my brother always got upset stomach while taking any antibiotic. Thanks in advance.

Hii...After the treatment of pyorrhoea, Antibiotics are mandatory...If he is having stomach upset he can have antacid once a day before meal...& Tell him to consume more of the milk..

Diarrhoea Is side effect of antibiotics ...because antibiotic kill our gut bacteria....so ask your brother to take curd 2-3 times ....and do send your brothers gum pic than only i could help you better

To relieve infection, the dose prescribed is adequate. If your brother get stomach upset while taking antibiotics, take antigastric tablets half an hour prior to food intake.
