White pimple inside mouth
What is this little white pimple? it's very small in size and paining since yesterday. It doesn't seem like a ulcer to me. Pic attached

White pimple like appearing is imparted wisdom tooth,only one cusp of tooth has erupted. Gargle with warm saline rinse.take antibiotics and analgesics as per prescribed. Visit your dentist and get your tooth removed or overlying flap operculectomy done.

This is not a white pimple. It looks like an Impacted wisdom tooth which needs an extraction.
Next Steps
Get the Dental X-ray done of lower right wisdom tooth.
