Hello dear, there’s no mouthwash that helps with the pigmentation . There are several causes of pigmentation, which needs to be assessed before planning any treatment.

Sorry to disappoint you, but there is no mouthwash that will reduce pigmentation However if its not by-birth, any causative agent responsible for the pigment can be eliminated to make the pigment reduce in intensity For eg, Smoking, Amalgam restoration, etc
Next Steps
Visit a nearby dentist, they will rule out the agents and provide definitive treatment plan

There is no mouthwash available that prevents hyperpigmentation. You should visit a dentist to rule out the exact cause for the hyperpigmentation of your cheek mucosa.
