Tooth and Mouth Problems

How painful and critical it can be? I'm really afraid about this wisdom tooth extraction. X-ray is in attachment. Please assist, thank you.

I've been a trismus patient for a few years now. At times, my mouth opening has been reduced to as low as 5-7mm. I do physiotherapy to keep my mouth opening at an optimum level (around 20-25mm), and it does show some result. I was thinking about getting braces, and was wondering how much mouth opening (in millimetres) is required by the dentists for this, or any other basic dental procedure. A little unusual question I know, but would be a great help if you could answer me.
