Gum problem

My 2nd last back teeth is missing and I was diagnosed with gingivitis a month back.I got my cleaning and scalling done from the dentist .Dentist suggested me a toothpaste (thermokind -f)  and a gel to follow along. But I still feel my gums are receding and I also experience some white substance in my mouth specially in the morning . Can my gingivitis grow without bleeding gums and is it all happening because of the missing teeth?

What tests needed to be done for TMJ?

I have TMJ pain for a year now. It's just deteriorated my quality of living. I have ear pain, throat pain, temporalis and masseter muscles pain 24/7, i am taking Flexabenz for like 4 months just to reduce the pain to a level i can handle. I wanted to know what type of tests are needed to be done in order to evaluate TMJ, to see the condition of joints and to know how it should be treated. I have seen the EMG, CBCT and MRI scans are taken to judge the severity and level of the problem. And i see even the dentists in government hospitals don't take this condition seriously. The y just brush it aside and tell to do exercises etc. they don't take any scans and just come to outcomes.

Frequent gum abscess with little/no pain

I am having a tooth with RCT and cap since 2010. Earlier I used to face gum abscess near the tooth occassionally once a year. Recently in last 6 months, gum is developing pus twice a month. Is it time to extract the tooth or some antibiotics can help?

Jaw noise with dull pain

During breakfast i notice some noise in my jaw and it was felling like some bones are intersecting after that i opened my mouth and a loud  sound came. After 20 min everything stopped there was no pain i was able to open my mouth after that just slightly tightness was there. There is slight pain near  (angle of our jaw)There is no problem while eating but i am scared of opening mouth. On googling i found there are some reason why it may happen but,There was no noise in my jaw before, nor there was any trauma , nor there was any teeth surgery or root canal performed on wisdom tooth.

Mouth opening needed fr dental procedure

I've been a trismus patient for a few years now. At times, my mouth opening has been reduced to as low as 5-7mm. I do physiotherapy to keep my mouth opening at an optimum level (around 20-25mm), and it does show some result. I was thinking about getting braces, and was wondering how much mouth opening (in millimetres) is required by the dentists for this, or any other basic dental procedure. A little unusual question I know, but would be a great help if you could answer me.
