Yellow teeth and slightly Brown gums
Hello doctor! I'm 16 yrs old and i have yellow teeth which looks so bad when I smile also I have brown gums. Whenever I try to shake my teeth, it does shake out , some of my teeth does slightly shakes. I'm really concerned about it. Also someone suggest me to try scaling but I'm afraid as my sister tried it and it results to sensitivity and do pains a lot . What should I do doctor?

Don’t try to shake your teeth ,brush twice daily do lot of gargles with warm water, then go for scaling , if u have sensitivity during scaling ask dr to do scaling in multiple sittings
