Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi community, I had my wisdom tooth removed which was located in the lower left part, lower left 3rd molar. I wanted to ask as my teeth erupt more and the upper tooth will come down, Can there be any support placed in place of removed tooth. So that it will prevent the upper wisdom tooth to slack and become displaced. Even my mother faced same condition before during her early years. Can any crown/implant be placed to prevent the healthy tooth from being removed eventually ?

I have got a white bump type with surrounding red on upper lip. It's paining a lot. It's now 3 days almost. Is it something you worry. Doing salt water gargling and applied zytee.
