Sir, my wisdom tooth has not come well and there is a cavity in it.  I have a lot of pain in that too. Sir do I have to get my wisdom teeth removed? If a tooth needs to be extracted, is it a painful process? There is also a cavity in the tooth next to my wisdom tooth.  Will that tooth also have to be removed, if not, will a cap be put in it? Sir, is there any kind of risk in getting a wisdom tooth removed? Is it an expensive process or if so how expensive is it?

My sister have dental fluorosis. About 8 month ago she crowned front 4 teeth with zirconia. Now from 15 days she is complaining that she has having problem while talking, she is feeling stress while talking but 15 days ago she didn't have this type of problem.

I have a pit and fissure cavity ( what i feel based on seeing it ) in my 1st molar right side bottom side . it creates a dull pain when i eat or drink anything. I saw my dentist , upon examination , he said the pain is due to my wisdom tooth coming out . But i not sure whether is it really because of wisdom tooth coming out because if it was the case then my 2nd molars on the same would also hurt because of wisdom tooth erupting but that tooth is painfree . I fear that the pain is due to cavity since it's only affecting that one tooth which i wrote in the beginning. Can i request my dentist for dental X-Ray of the tooth which may help clear doubt regarding it ? I hope dentist don't feel offended if I request it because I don't want to be seen as someone doubting their diagnosis. I just want to double check that's why.
