Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got my braces off two days ago and my orthodontist recommended me two wear both fixed and removable retainers. Would there be any issue in wearing both type of retainers or should I only get one type retainer?

Hello from yesterday my mouth is feeling dry and when I see my tongue there is pink bumps on my tongue which is painful and mouth is feeling dry

My son's front tooth are decayed and almost has come to gum level and it's suggested for extraction so how safe is it to extract and it's under general anaesthesia so how safe is it? And his lower and upper molar need rct pls suggest should we go for extraction?

I am 28 years old and I have small gaps in my front teeth. I am mainly concerned about 2 upper front teeth. Which option is better for me? Dental bonding or braces? And If I go for braces how much time it will take to fill the gap. Thank you.

Hello doctor , I have braces on my teeth and dentist is providing me medicine lycopene, antibiotics, calcium, pre biotic & pro biotic and multi mineral soft gelatin capsule. Dentist told me to take each medicine twice daily. I am not capable of taking that much medicine due to financial problems. So, please let me know the medicine that can be ignore during braces.

Pls see photo attached. What is the minimal and low cost way to fix these teeth and make them look good and aligned. No other dental problems at all. Not even one dentist visit for any problem problem. Just one visit for cleaning/ polishing in past 33yrs to remove the yellowish layer.

Hello, My lower right wisdom tooth was impacted. It was 90% inside the gums & almost 25% inside the next tooth. Eventually bacteria formed & infected the adjacent tooth as as well. When severe pain starts in 2nd molar, I went to dentist she suggested root canal in 2nd one and removal of wisdom tooth. She did RCT in 2nd & did temporary filling and with the help of a surgeon, she removed the impacted wisdom tooth. After surgery, they said the case was deep and near to nerve but all is well. Its been 1 week, swelling is almost gone just a small solid lump is left and I have almost no pain. Other teeth pains a little sometimes I guess that's the part of recovery. She suggested regular warm fomentation and salt warm rinses. I have two concerns. One, seems like removable​ stitches which she suggested are stitched to my cheeks as well and I can open my mouth to only 50% capability till now. Are these two things normal & what to do to speed up the process?

Today I accidentally hit my teeth hard, with my hand. But no sharp pain afterwards. Do you think it this accidental hand trauma will cause tooth resorption?
