Tooth and Mouth Problems

I met with an accident and I had a ORIF jaw surgery (parasymphysis fracture) 3 weeks ago... I'm still recovering, on soft foods. My concern is, my lower molar had a cavity before and during the accident it got broken more, today it slightly came up and sat in place again but it's shaky. Please advise me what should I do? I still have pain and swelling because of the surgery. I'm worried this molar might cause even more trouble in my recovery. I'm scared to brush and swish my mouth.

I had a jaw surgery 3 week ago.. I still feel my lower lip and below the lip area numb, sometimes it tingles and burns as well. I'm able to open my mouth only a little, is this normal for few more days or is it advisable to do any excercise to my mouth to loosen up ? Please advise..

Hi doctor I'm 32 yr female, had orthodontic treatment 12 years ago. I had second baby delivery 4 months back. After this delivery I'm noticing small gaps in my teeth between 4-5 upper teeth, though I had permanent retainers placed over the back of my teeth. My wisdom teeth has started to grow and im having little pain and discomfort at that area. I went to dentist he prescribed pain killer and some antibiotics. I want to ask why antibiotic is prescribed? i only have pain and not other symptoms. Should i still consume antibiotic prescribed by doctor?

Hello doctors, Please help us understand these 2 things: A - are these (pics 2 to 4) cavities? If yes, are all of those cavities or just 1 or 2? Numbers 2 and 4 are wisdom teeth. B - what is that dark brown plaque like thing on the underside of my tongue? Is it normal? Thank you.
