Hi Doctor, I am facing swelling between front two teeths in gums. I am having running nose as well. What can be the reason for this? Attaching pic Thanks

Running nose has nothing to do with this… Observe for 7 days it will gone on its own but still you feel swelling has not gone then go to a dentist and get it checked up clinically.

Get xray of tooth. If there is fracture or decay,get rct done. If there is pus discharge, get it drained. Antibiotics along with analgesics has to be taken to relieve the pain and swelling. You can consult through this for further information.

The image is not very clear..looks like a soft tissue injury from something sharp..IOPA xray required to confirm the diagnosis..
